The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing client-focused marketing initiatives and business development strategies that enhance the firm’s brand visibility, foster relationships with existing clients, attract new clients, and raise the firm’s profile in Saskatchewan and across Canada. Role Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing (branding), communications and business development strategy for the firm. Manage sponsorship requests, organize and support client events, and seek new opportunities to build and grow strategic relationships for the firm. Oversee marketing, public relations, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and effective brand message across all channels. Develop content for, and manage, the firm’s website. Create marketing and communication materials, including firm announcements, brochures, blog posts, presentations, and RFP responses. Act as the firm’s liaison with the media and industry publications. Work with the firm’s Practice Teams to develop and execute business development plans and initiatives (including networking opportunities). Implement client feedback mechanisms to improve services and client satisfaction. Lead market research efforts to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and monitor and analyze marketing and client data to report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
