Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Lawyer based in Edmonton, AB. The Family Lawyer will represent clients in matters such as separations, divorces, child custody, parenting, child support, spousal and adult interdependent partner support, adoptions, and other family-related legal issues. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients on their legal rights and options, and advocating for clients in court proceedings when necessary. Additionally, the Family Lawyer will collaborate with colleagues, negotiate settlements, and manage caseloads effectively while maintaining professional conduct.
