Job Description IT Business Management Analyst (Co‑op) Work Term Fall 2026, 4‑month term (flexible to 8 months) What can you expect in this role? The IT Business Management Analyst reports to the Director, Technology Resource Management within the Technology Solutions Resource Management team. The team supports TS department resourcing activities, including employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and ongoing support, serving as a shared service to reduce the resource management workload of people managers. What You'll Be Doing Produce weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on topics such as cloud consumption and utilization, labor time reporting, resource chargebacks to project and operations, capitalization of labor, and employee training. Complete all tasks associated with internal onboarding/off‑boarding/changes for internal and external employees. Participate in quarterly financial forecasting and plan creation activities, including data collection, verification, and reporting. Update, track, and report resource information, including weekly Clarity extracts and reporting. Handle ad‑hoc requests for reporting and analysis related to department resourcing and financials. What You Bring Currently pursuing post‑secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong Excel knowledge required: able to use functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, etc. Detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately with data. Previous input and data analysis experience. Working knowledge of an IT environment is an asset. Background Checks Successful clearance of a background check (including criminal checks and leadership references) is required. Pay & Benefits Hourly compensation starts at $22.50 per hour and may increase based on skills, education, experience, and institutional rates.
