Troubleshooting and resolving EDI transaction failures, data discrepancies, and integration issues. Collaborating with suppliers and customers to resolve EDI discrepancies promptly, strengthening relationships and minimizing financial impact. Maintaining up-to-date EDI documentation, process flows, and support procedures. Identifying opportunities to streamline EDI processes, improve reliability, and reduce manual intervention. Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and reporting related to EDI operations. Coordinating onboarding of new trading partners. Overseeing EDI projects to integrate new clients, enhance processes, implement best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Acting as a technical liaison between P&H and external partners to confirm connectivity, format, and compliance. Collaborating with stakeholders nationwide during ERP implementation to ensure EDI integration and accurate data flow between systems. Providing operational support for the organization’s middleware platform (Ignite), monitoring integration of health and error queues, and escalating complex middleware issues to vendors or senior IT resources as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience with EDI software applications. Proven ability to troubleshoot data communication and system integration issues and quickly isolate EDI problems. Experience with EDI VANs (value-added networks) preferred. Bilingual (French/English) is an asset. Background in agriculture or agribusiness is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and departments. Ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
