What You’ll Bring We are looking for a seasoned designer with a proven track record of delivering groundbreaking digital solutions and a passion for creating impactful user experiences. Must‑Have Qualifications 10+ years of deep expertise in interaction design, encompassing user flows, wireframing, and prototyping of complex digital products. A strong systems‑thinking mindset, capable of designing holistically across interconnected experiences while adeptly navigating business and technical constraints. Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse teams. Strong knowledge of best practices in accessibility (e.g., WCAG guidelines) and a commitment to designing inclusive experiences for all users. Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems and standardized libraries of assets, ensuring consistency and scalability. Familiarity with front‑end technologies and a clear understanding of how design translates into development. Proven ability to partner deeply with product owners and business analysts to define requirements from a strategic design perspective. Strong facilitation skills for leading productive stakeholder sessions. Experience in documenting design decisions comprehensively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
