We’re currently looking for two Managers for the Private Enterprise team – one based in Vancouver and one in the Tri‑Cities office – to lead client engagements, develop the team, and deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of privately‑held businesses. How You’ll Make a Difference Lead and deliver high‑quality engagements — from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met so that clients feel confident and supported. Coach, develop, and inspire junior team members — providing real‑time feedback, reviewing work, and supporting performance growth and helping build the next generation of talent. Strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor — managing communication and deadlines, identifying value‑added opportunities, and guiding clients through complex accounting and tax matters to support their growth. Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies — supporting process enhancements, leveraging technology tools, and contributing to firm initiatives to elevate the client experience and internal culture.
