As a Client Relationship Manager (Executive Services), you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of executive‑level clients, guiding them through their engagement journey and ensuring they are deriving meaningful value from the programs and services offered. You will serve as a trusted advisor, balancing relationship‑building with accountability and performance oversight. This role requires strong business acumen, confidence working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of senior‑level clients, ensuring a high‑quality, trust‑based engagement experience. Guide clients through their full lifecycle journey, including onboarding, integration, ongoing engagement, and long‑term retention. Facilitate structured discussions that support accountability, goal alignment, and measurable progress toward business and leadership objectives. Provide strategic guidance to clients by identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, performance, and overall experience. Monitor engagement indicators, participation trends, and satisfaction feedback to proactively address risks and improve outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Translate client feedback and insights into actionable recommendations to support program and service enhancements. Maintain accurate documentation and portfolio tracking within CRM systems to support reporting and relationship management. Proactively identify and resolve relationship or engagement challenges while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Education A post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. Equivalent experience in client services, consulting, account management, or relationship‑based roles will also be considered. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior leaders and decision‑makers. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and align service delivery accordingly. Proven capability to balance relationship‑building with accountability and performance expectations. High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence in all interactions. Strong organizational ability with experience managing multiple high‑value relationships simultaneously. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, consulting, recruitment, or a similar client‑facing advisory role. Experience working with senior stakeholders or executive‑level clients is strongly preferred. Background in professional services, membership‑based organizations, or B2B relationship‑driven environments is an asset. Skills Relationship Management: Ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders through consistent and value‑driven engagement. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences. Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess engagement health and proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes. Base Salary $70,000 – 75,000 per year; comprehensive benefits package is included. Work Hours Full‑time, Monday to Friday. Standard business hours with flexibility required to support senior‑level client schedules as needed. Additional Notes This opportunity does not include relocation.
