Responsibilities Benefits and Pension Expertise: Act as subject‑matter expert for design, interpretation and governance of social protection programmes; provide advisory & interpretation, partner management, operational governance and employee engagement. Strategic Management of Compensation Cycles: Orchestrate direct compensation programmes; coordinate annual salary review processes, incentive programmes and production of total rewards statements; advise and equip HR members and managers; recommend and implement improvements; develop robust tools, procedures and salary structures. Data Intelligence and Governance: Use data for decision‑making; conduct market intelligence; ensure pay equity; develop KPIs; ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Your Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Actuarial Science, Administration or Industrial Relations. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of specialised experience, with demonstrated mastery of pension and group insurance management. Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise with Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets) or Excel. Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to structure complex data and produce clear, strategic analytical reports. HR Systems: Knowledge of Workday (a definite asset). Interpersonal Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts for managers and employees, absolute discretion and rigor. Languages: Fluency in French and an intermediate/advanced level of English.
