Overview Our client is looking for a Manager, FP&A for an 18-month contract with strong potential of converting to permanent. As the Manager, FP&A, you’ll be a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights that shape strategic decisions. You’ll lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across multiple product lines, helping us optimize growth and profitability. The role will require working in office, in Mississauga, 3 days a week. Job#: Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and new product launches Prepare reporting and analysis related to COGS (cost of goods sold) Analyze P&L performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align financial goals with operational plans Prepare monthly reporting packages for executive leadership and board presentations Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in CPG or retail Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Disclaimers You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
