Position General Manager – Ontario Lead and scale our Ontario operations with a focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and disciplined execution. You will assume full responsibility for the Ontario division, overseeing sales, leading the sales team, and providing overall leadership across business and service operations to expand ReapAir’s presence and support significant future growth. Responsibilities Provide strong operational leadership across sales, service, and administrative functions. Establish a clear structure, accountability, and performance standards within the Ontario division. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high service quality. Align sales initiatives with operational capacity and execution capabilities. Develop and implement scalable processes to support long‑term growth. Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, and organizational development as the team expands. Foster a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders. Ensure financial discipline through budget oversight, KPI tracking, and operational performance management. Qualifications Significant operational leadership experience in an industrial, technical, or service environment. Experience in the compressed air industry is strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop multi‑functional teams (sales, service, and operations). Strong background in operational planning, performance management, and process improvement. Demonstrated experience scaling teams and structuring growing business units. Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
