Who We Are Looking For The Credit Operations Performance Analyst supports the management and optimization of 1st and 3rd Party collections performance across Wireless and Residential portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Manager, 1st & 3rd Party Vendor Management, this role leads performance analytics, forecasting, and insights that drive improved collection outcomes, vendor accountability, and customer segmentation. The role partners cross‑functionally with Credit Policy, Strategy, Finance, and Retention, acting as a subject matter expert in collections performance and forecasting. What You’ll Do Analyze large, complex datasets to generate insight‑driven recommendations that improve collection performance across live delinquent customer bases (Wireless and Residential). Own weekly, monthly, and annual tracking, analysis, and reporting of key collection performance metrics and scorecards. Deliver regular performance reporting, forecasts, and action plans to senior leaders and operational stakeholders. Conduct root‑cause analysis to identify performance drivers, customer profiles, and segmentation opportunities. Translate business problems into analytical requirements; develop clear, executive‑ready reports and presentations. Support projects and change initiatives related to vendor performance management and collections strategy. Produce ad‑hoc analysis as required, responding to emerging business questions with speed and rigor. Define business requirements for system and infrastructure enhancements that enable improved performance measurement and forecasting. Act as a subject matter expert on Wireless and Residential collections performance, forecasting, and vendor management. What You Bring Post‑secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of progressive experience in performance analytics, forecasting, or business insights roles. Strong experience working with large datasets, including data mining, manipulation, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to move from data to insight to action. Proven ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and analytical outcomes to business audiences at all levels. Experience with billing platforms such as V21, SGI, and Maestro (asset). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow‑through, requiring minimal supervision. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an environment of change.
