We founded on the principle that doing what others don’t can create purpose‑driven products. POSITION OVERVIEW Associate Manager, L&D Operations – a hybrid role based out of the Toronto office. RESPONSIBILITIES Support training needs by assisting with the implementation of learning tools and programs with partners and global affiliates, focusing on customer‑facing functions. Project and task management of all consumer‑facing educational initiatives to deliver high‑impact learning programs for retail and partnerships. Coordinate and participate in the logistics and set‑up of all global‑led trainings. Assist in meetings with key business partners to assess needs and provide insights and recommended next steps. Support and maintain metrics and reporting for all Global Education initiatives. Manage the project management tool (Asana) and calendar to ensure projects run on time and are up to date. Ensure consumer‑facing education materials are organized in shared drives and on the education portal. Maintain the education portal and ELC Academy. Facilitate the end‑to‑end translation process and delivery of translated materials, including submission, review, formatting, and final delivery. Manage purchase orders, vendors, budgets, and payment for projects; support budgets and booking of travel if global education team travel is needed. Contribute to a positive learning environment and represent the key mission and values of DECIEM. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience in sales, training, or education preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong skincare and product knowledge. Strong writing and record‑keeping abilities. Detail‑oriented and passion for precision work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $55,000–$58,000 (may vary based on experience and location).
