Your team As a member of the IT Project Manager’s team, you will be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team specializing in manufacturing projects. You will work closely with internal partners, including the manufacturing plants within Michelin’s off‑road business line. Your role On a daily basis, you will contribute to Agile and Lean values such as cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility to foster teamwork. You will continually seek to improve efficiency, streamline production lines, help update IT standards, and leverage modern digital tools—including AI tools—to accelerate delivery and improve quality. Responsibilities Design and deploy a value‑adding solution for the company, including analyzing operational needs of various departments. Engage with all levels of the organization to identify detailed needs and determine functional and non‑functional requirements such as security, performance, governance, monitoring, and availability. Understand business processes and propose improvements. Design and implement solutions according to SAP best practices, providing SAP expertise and configuring the system’s various modules. Participate in project activities such as solution design, testing phases, training, and updating documentation. Use AI tools daily to assist in drafting and reviewing functional and technical specifications, supporting the creation of test cases, test scenarios, and test data, and improving the quality, consistency, and efficiency of documentation. Develop new general, technical, and digital skills (including AI) to strengthen ability to design and deliver IT solutions. Ensure reliability, performance, and security of the systems, delivering solutions that offer an excellent user experience. Leverage automation and AI‑assisted analytics to improve solution quality and reduce anomalies. Implement an incremental (“Do & Learn”) approach during design and development to reduce timelines, including automation for component testing and deployment, using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, analysis, and documentation cycles, delivering incremental features quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications Associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in business administration (information technology management), management information systems, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience as an IT business analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules (a major asset). Basic knowledge of other SAP modules: Finance/Management Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution. Experience or a strong interest in using AI tools in a business setting to support analysis, development, testing, and documentation. Excellent fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. A strong collaborative spirit, a strong customer focus, and good influence. Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills. A strong passion for continuous learning, including openness to the responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and innovation.
