JOIN US As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the external and internal sales teams to drive growth, maintain performance standards, and ensure an optimal customer experience. This strategic role focuses on developing growth plans, coaching sales teams, and collaborating with business partners to maximize development opportunities. YOUR CONTRIBUTION SALES GROWTH AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Develop sales strategies and ensure their planned execution to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth; Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential; Ensure customer satisfaction and value creation; Master the forecasting process and achieve growth objectives (revenue, margins, and profitability); Participate in the development and coordination of sales campaigns by sourcing marketing materials, developing target lists, and monitoring sales activity; Challenge existing business model paradigms to identify growth opportunities. PRODUCTIVITY, EFFICIENCY, AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT Work with the sales team to develop account plans and ensure successful implementation through collaboration; Manage, develop, and coach the team on account management, sales processes, solution selling, and consultative selling; Ensure alignment between external and internal sales teams to deliver world-class customer service; Ensure performance standards are met or exceeded; Oversee the implementation of sales initiatives; Ensure the skills development program for all team members is created, successfully implemented, and monitored; Lead customer‑focused account development and opportunity funnel reviews with the sales team; Ensure development, coaching, and adherence to standardized CRM processes and guidelines; Develop market expertise, and increase knowledge of customers and competitors; Identify, develop, and implement the optimal account coverage model to meet market needs. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT AND SUCCESSION PLANNING Conduct performance improvement evaluations; Hold underperforming employees accountable with ease; Determine workforce needs to achieve growth objectives and meet specific market/industry requirements; Develop succession plans for their group in collaboration with peers and other management team members. OVERALL LEADERSHIP AND VENDOR RELATIONS Ensure excellence in achieving business objectives for all stakeholders; Ensure compliance with Liquiteck’s governance policies and practices; Develop relationships with vendor stakeholders; Communicate company performance and priorities to the team so they are fully informed; Ensure all safety requirements and regulations are followed by the entire team.
