We are recruiting on behalf of a well established global manufacturer of premium building products that support residential and commercial construction projects. Our client is looking to add a Outside Sales Representative to their British Columbia team. This is a true field based business development role focused on growing market share, building strong industry relationships, and supporting dealer partners across the territory. What You Will Be Doing Build and maintain long term relationships with architects, home builders, roofing contractors, designers, and dealers Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training sessions with industry professionals Provide installation guidance and occasional product servicing support Plan and manage a defined sales territory to achieve revenue targets Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer seminars Track activity and pipeline through CRM reporting tools Travel throughout British Columbia, including overnight travel as required Typical schedule: 4 days in the field, 1 day working from home for planning and follow up. What We Are Looking For Previous outside sales experience, ideally within construction, building materials, or related industries Strong business development and relationship management skills Confident presenting technical products and solutions to industry professionals Highly self motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving abilities Comfortable working independently in a field based role Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights when required $65k Base Salary + Bonus + Company Vehicle Field based autonomy with strong brand support Opportunity to grow within a respected and stable organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
