We’re looking for a Website & Digital Designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong eye for modern website experiences, branding, and digital design. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of creative initiatives with a primary focus on website and UI design, while also contributing to branding and broader digital creative projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal creative and development teams to create visually compelling work that balances aesthetics, usability, and business objectives. Website design and Webflow development will be a major focus of this role. As a Website & Digital Designer, your core responsibilities will be: Website Design & Webflow Development Design and build visually compelling, modern, and user‑friendly websites primarily within Webflow Create responsive website experiences with strong attention to visual quality, usability, and branding Manage Webflow CMS structures, updates, and ongoing website maintenance across client accounts Collaborate with internal teams to support website launches, revisions, updates, and enhancements Contribute creative ideas and digital concepts that elevate the agency’s website offerings Branding & Digital Creative Support branding and digital design initiatives across a variety of client accounts and internal projects Create polished digital assets and creative collateral as needed across broader marketing initiatives Work within established branding systems while contributing fresh creative thinking and elevated visual direction Help translate business objectives and real‑world client needs into thoughtful and effective creative solutions Client Communication & Collaboration Communicate directly with clients regarding website feedback, revisions, updates, and project needs Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Development teams throughout the design process Participate in brainstorms, internal reviews, and collaborative creative discussions Maintain organized files, workflows, and project documentation to support efficient collaboration Quality Control & Continuous Improvement Ensure all creative deliverables are polished, accurate, on‑brand, and aligned with project requirements before delivery Stay current on emerging website trends, digital experiences, Webflow capabilities, and evolving design best practices Proactively identify opportunities to improve creative quality, workflow efficiency, and website experiences across the department What Success Looks Like In This Role You consistently produce modern, polished, and visually compelling website and digital design work You can confidently design and build high‑quality Webflow websites with minimal oversight You bring thoughtful creative ideas forward and help translate business goals into effective design solutions You communicate professionally and confidently with both internal teams and clients You balance creativity with strong organization, efficiency, and attention to detail You are dependable, adaptable, and trusted to manage projects and creative execution at a high standard You contribute to elevating the agency’s website and branding capabilities through strong creative thinking and execution Portfolio Requirements Please include: Examples of website and UI design work Examples of Webflow projects Before‑and‑after redesign examples where applicable Additional branding or digital creative work that demonstrates strong visual thinking and modern design aesthetics Candidates should be prepared to discuss and demonstrate how AI tools are thoughtfully integrated into their creative workflow, process, and output Holistic Compensation Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a salary between $65,000 – $75,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment. Progressive compensation with meaningful bonus potential.
