Sell and serve wines and spirits in our bars and restaurants, including à la carte and by the glass. Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for guests. Train resort staff in wine sales and service. Ensure high-quality service, safety compliance, and respect for the resort’s heritage. Contribute to the financial performance of your department. About You Friendly and sociable, able to connect with guests and build trust. Efficient with good prioritization skills to minimize wait times. Attentive to guests, providing personalized service.
