Work on the day shift from Monday to Friday. Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees. Be responsible for the operational processes of your sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives. Plan the daily operations of his sector and follow up on them. Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc. Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
