Position Responsibilities Manages and optimizes the flow of work through the program and facilitates Agile Release Train synchronization. Organizes, communicates, and facilitates program-level events (e.g., PI planning, readiness, ART sync) across multiple teams. Aggregates product increment objectives into program increment objectives, and assists with execution, tracking, and completion. Assists Product Manager(s) and other team members with economic decision-making. Advances, tracks, and resolves impediments and reports status at the program-level. Helps manage risks and dependencies across multiple Agile teams within the release train. Understands and communicates program-level resourcing requirements. Attends System and Solution Demos. Understands and operates within Agile Release Train budget. Measures and understands how to leverage team and program metrics (e.g., velocity) to drive continuous improvement. Coaches leaders, teams, and team members in SAFe. Focuses on team health and collaboration and promotes a culture of commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage. Follows updates to the SAFe framework and incorporates them into ways of working. Required Qualifications 5+ years RTE experience Strong grasp of Agile methods, budgeting, and management tools, both generally and in the SAFe framework Experience with Confluence and Jira Experience tracking, interpreting, and actioning Agile metrics Able to coach others and facilitate events in a way that is focused on team growth Experience with dependency, release, and risk management Familiar with CI/CD methods, DevSecOps, and systems & solution architecture Understands methods for value realization Capable of supporting budgeting and resourcing decisions Preferred Qualifications Leads projects or work streams independently and contributes to their planning May act as professional expertise information resource for colleagues in own area, advising on a particular topic with a degree of authority Requires advanced problem‑solving skills involving filtering, interpretation and validation of dynamic information Works independently, receives minimal guidance May coordinate resources for a small team and contribute to the effectiveness of their contributions to the broader area When you join our team We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
