Overview Saatchi & Saatchi is hiring a QA Analyst with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to support ongoing content and feature delivery for marketing teams. Full‑time and freelance opportunities are available, with positions starting immediately. You should have at least 4 years of professional QA experience, with hands‑on exposure to AEM or comparable enterprise CMS platforms. You have a structured approach to testing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with content authors and developers to maintain quality across frequent, incremental releases. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans for AEM‑based web properties, including content pages, component configurations, templates, and authoring workflows. Validate content author changes across environments (author, publish, dispatcher) to ensure accuracy and consistency before go‑live. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for marketing pages, campaign landing pages, and component updates. Test AEM component behavior, dialog configurations, content policies, and experience fragments. Conduct regression testing on shared components and templates after incremental updates to prevent downstream impact. Validate content publishing workflows, replication, and cache invalidation across environments. Perform accessibility audits on marketing content to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Collaborate with marketing teams and content authors to understand requirements and acceptance criteria for content changes. Triage and prioritize defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution before campaign deadlines. Document test cases, results, and quality metrics to support release decisions. Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to quality discussions during planning and retrospectives. Qualifications +4 years of professional experience in software or web QA. Hands‑on experience testing AEM Sites (6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service), including authoring, publishing, and dispatcher validation. Experience testing across multiple browsers and devices, with attention to responsive behavior. Familiarity with AEM authoring interfaces, content components, templates, and experience fragments. Understanding of content publishing workflows, replication agents, and caching behavior. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and experience performing accessibility checks on web content. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint‑based delivery. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Strong documentation skills for test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Required Soft Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, particularly around content accuracy. Excellent communication skills for working directly with marketing teams, content authors, and developers. Resourceful and self‑directed problem solver. Ability to manage multiple concurrent content streams and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced marketing environment with frequent, deadline‑driven releases. Proactive mindset — flags issues early rather than waiting for formal handoffs. Nice to Have Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (cloud‑native deployment model). Familiarity with AEM Edge Delivery Services or Franklin/Helix. Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients) for validating AEM content APIs or integrations. Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Familiarity with analytics validation (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) testing and asset workflow validation. Knowledge of SEO validation and structured data testing. ISTQB or other QA certifications.
