The claims are of moderate to complex nature. The successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high‑performance environment. The Senior Claims Adjuster ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate personal/commercial lines moderate to complex claims.Manage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalism.Timely, accurate reserving in line with corporate protocols and guidelines.Maintain control over expenses through proactive handling techniques.Direct vendor partners as necessary.Obtain approval from Manager on claims above authority.Manage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre‑trials and settlement conferences.Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
